wats a good diet for a person thats starting extreme weightlifting?
im going to start to weight lift all the time because i need to get strong. whats a good that that will help to this cause?
theres a couple of guys at my work that well i dont know if there strong but they have big muscles. i sit across from one of them. he eats just about anything . no junk food . he does use alot of protein powder .one said muscle milk. .eat alot of foods with protein . chicken is good. i used to lift eveyday when i was younger. i got really big .the gym i was going to had supplements i took them. the diet is very important so you dont hurt yourself. go slow . i hurt my shoulder and 28 years later it still hurts anyway . just eat alot of good healthy food. gotta feed the muscles and aid in their repair. to get big your continually tearing the muscles . start out with light weight.
