Multivitamin Complex
Is it possible to consume too much vitamin b-complex?
I need to speed my metabolism up. If I take a multivitamin (Centrum; recommended doses of all the B-vitamins) + a B-complex (fairly high doses of all the b-vitamins) will that serve as a problem?
I will only be using the B-complex specific tablet for about a week.
