Does Hi- Hop abs really work? I want the DVD but i dont want to waste my money…….?
Yeah, so i was bored and on the videos being watched right now was a hip hop abs thing. Is it hard for someone who’s not a dancer to do?
Also, is it worth the money?

It’s simply an aerobic workout. Any exercise program is only as good as the person using it. If you can stay focused, and can keep up with program you’ll see results. The problem is that, in the end, the workouts on a dvd don’t change and eventually become stale no matter how pumped the workout seems at first. So at some point, unless you’re really serious about getting in shape, you’ll tell yourself you’re too busy, too tired, too something and the disc will start gathering dust on the shelf. Is it worth the money? Again, if you’re dedicated to getting in shape and sticking with the program, it’ll make you sweat but if it’s just a whim then save your money….good luck
One last note…don’t expect to look like the models in the video unless you’re absolutely determined to sweat and diet for a year or more depending on where you’re starting from…
